Management is targeting the completion of ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits by the third quarter this year.

In her message, RD Ro-Ann A. Bacal reiterated that the ISO 9001:2015 certification is part of management’s effort to continuously strengthen and upgrade NEDA’s internal systems for a more efficient delivery of services. To ensure everyone’s participation in this effort, outputs generated through certified quality management systems will be part of the major final output and success indicators of the office and each staff.

On the other hand, OIC-ARD Gilberto A. Altura expressed NEDA’s appreciation to Ms. Dalawis and her firm for the effective engagement with the office and called on all employees to continuously be proactive individually and collectively in pursuit of the ISO certification.
